Return policy
We make our cakes fresh and accordingly to the order, therefore we cannot accept returns. Taste is a very personal and subjective matter. We cannot accept the return of any products for the reason that you do not like the taste of them. If there is anything wrong with the order, please. contact us so that we can make it right.
Terms and Condition
Orders need to be collected on your selected date of collection and during the collection time slot. There will be a 15 minute window, please notify us if you are running late. After 15 minutes, any uncollected cakes or cupcakes will be disposed of, and we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
As each and every cake and cupcake are made to order, colour, product will vary slightly from images portrayed on website as each product is handmade and decorated by us.
If you notice an error in the Order Confirmation, you must notify us by email at least 72 hours before the order is due to be collected
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us at least 72 hours before your order is due to be collected via email. Refund will be made to the same method of payment with which your order was placed.
Orders cannot be exchanged, cancelled nor refunded within 72 hours before collection day.
Your order is not complete nor accepted by us until payment is made in full, and you receive a confirmation email. When we receive the full payment is when a legally binding agreement on these terms set out become effective immediately.
