As we are a small business working on bespoke orders, we do ask that you order as early as possible to secure our monthly booking quantity. Please book at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability. Please note: We will not be able to fulfil orders that are made on the day, or for next day pick ups, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We encourage collecting your cake on the day of your event so it is fresh. If not, stored in the fridge overnight for the following day is an option. Please ensure the cake is placed flat, and kept away from food that releases strong odour.

Left over cake can be kept for up to 3 days, and may be frozen to keep up to 2 months.

We recommend eating your cake at a room temperature of around 20C and no more than 25C for the best taste. Please allow your cake to be taken out of the fridge to reach this temperature before serving. Please use at your own discretion, if it is a warm day make sure the cake is away from direct sunlight, and consumed quickly.
